This center currently aims to help our PhD students to best prepare their thesis. The center is equipped to meet their needs: Free internet Access, Library located in the same building, Access to reviews and newspapers from around the world.
In this way students are best prepared for their Thesis Examination which is being prepared under the direction and supervision of French Academics.
Scholarships are also provided for students needing to further their research in France or about to take the examination.
The Thesis subjects all focus on current trends and issues regarding the Cambodian Economy: the role of the Dollar, multiple currency circulation, the Free-Processing-Zones, The adaptation of management tools in developing countries: the case of Cambodia, etc.
PhD students are also involved in leading institutions: Ministries, National Bank of Cambodia, etc.
Some of them will most probably become doctors in the coming year. They will become the first Cambodian Doctors in Economics since the 60’s. Several others are expected to follow the same path very soon and contribute to the development of the Cambodian Economy.
