Courses and Programs
I. For the time being, RULE offers:
- Associate Degree Course to be completed in at least 2 years
- Bachelor Degree Course to be completed in at least 4 years
- Post-graduate Degree to be completed in at least 2 years.
II. RULE has 4 faculties and 5 graduate programs:
Faculties and undergraduate programs (2003-2004)
1. Faculty of Law:
- Bachelor of Law in Khmer (4 years)
- Bachelor of Law in English (1 year in Khmer and 3 years
in English, or 3 years in English for holder of a Bachelor Degree
in other subject than law)
- Bachelor of Law in three languages, Khmer, English and French
(4 years)
2. Faculty of Public Administration
- Bachelor of Public Administration (4 years, to start next year)
3. Fuculty of Economic Informatics
- Economic Information Program (4 years)
- Information Technology Program (associate degree, 2 years,
to start next year)
4. Faculty of Economics and Management
- Economics Program (4 years)
- BBA (bilingual program in French and English, 4 years)
- Financial and Banking Program (4 years, to start next year)

- Establishment of foundation year (preparation year) for one year. Students will be required to obtain a certification course before entering the second year.
(The preparation course will replace the first year course)
