Certificate of Computer Literacy
The RULE offers a Certificate of Computer
Literacy program that provides students a basic training in computer and
software literacy, including Windows 2000, XP and MS-Office Programs.
Certificate of Advanced English
The RULE, in
cooperation with the English Language Institute (ELI), offer
students supplementary English language instruction by native
English speakers from the U.S.A. The Advanced English
Certificate class includes Business English, TOEFL preparation,
Business writing skills development and leadership training.
